If due to extenuating circumstances beyond your control, you are unable to travel on your booking travel dates, you can request a Travel Credit by completing the below request form.
Voyages may, as a gesture of goodwill, offer you a Travel Credit for a maximum of 12 months on the following terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- Travel Credits can only be redeemed with a booking direct with Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia.
- Travel Credits are for the value stated in the confirmation notice issued by the Voyages Travel Centre.
- Travel Credits are valid until the expiry date stated in the confirmation notice issued by the Voyages Travel Centre.
- Travel Credits can be used toward a new accommodation and/or experience booking at Ayers Rock Resort. The rates applicable at the date of the new booking will apply. The rates on the original booking was made are no longer applicable. The new booking will be subject to booking terms and conditions applicable at the date of the new booking.
- Travel Credits can be used toward a new booking of an alternative accommodation or experience if the originally booked accommodation or experience is not available for the new travel dates.
- If the total value of the new booking is more than the total value of the Travel Credit, then the difference will need to be paid on check-in.
- If the total value of the new booking is less than the total value of the Travel Credit, then the remaining Travel Credit will be held as credit on the new booking and can be used towards any incidental room charges during your stay at Ayers Rock Resort.
- Travel Credits can be transferred to a family member if the original party on the booking is no longer able to travel or is unlikely to be able to use the Travel Credit before the expiry of the Travel Credit.
